Current player, and their legal selections are highlighted. Select a card, and it resolves for you.
The selected card must first be one no one owns; then if that's not possible, one you don't own. (Unless you own all the remaining cards.)
You cannot select the rightmost card; unless it's the very last card (ending the game).
Cards move from left to right, skipping over at cards as it goes, looking for an empty slot; or falling off the right hand edge.
You claim the card that you are moving, collecting all its coins; then pay a coin onto each card that you skip over and one each to the owner of those cards.
Winner is by number of coins.
